Colleen Henderson is a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience leading companies in the areas of Operations, Finance, Intellectual Property, Administration and Strategic Leadership, in all phases of the business life cycle. Colleen is experienced in helping small and middle market companies achieve market leading valuations, offering guidance through exit transactions, and has completed several high-profile M&A transactions throughout her career.

Colleen has an MBA in Finance, a BS in Production Management and a BA in Business Management. She is also a CPVA (Certified Patent Value Analyst) and a California Licensed Realtor.

In addition to her busy career, Colleen finds time to enjoy outdoor activities with her family. She also helps organize local fund raising events and is passionate about helping others as a patient advocate. Colleen loves horses and is an avid equestrian.
